If you don't receive your server details first check your Spam folder in your email as there is a good chance it could be in there. If it's not go ahead and contact support and we can get it sent to you again.

We currently use Stripe to process Credit/Debit Cards and we use PayPal for all other transactions.

Of course, we offer easy upgrading with our assisted upgrade process to make sure you are settled into your new server!

All servers are on Enterprise Grade server hardware allowing for top performance along with our 10Gbps port that is standard on all packages!

No we do not offer any free trial for new users. If your interested in demoing a servers performance contact sales and we can arrange a demo!

As soon as the payment is confirmed all game servers are immediately provisioned and setup which usually takes up to 30 mins depending on the package. When it comes to dedicated servers these can take up to 24 hours to be deployed.

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via Stripe. We also accept PayPal as well.

We offer many discounts for multiple servers including a game server and voice server bundle and a basic proxy setup bundle as well. If you are interested in a custom bundle please contact our sales team!

We offer managed services for any of your VPSs', game servers, voice servers, or dedicated servers for an additional price along with other hosting services like web hosting and custom game servers.

We have live chat support available 8AM-4:30PM Monday through Friday and we have 24 hour ticket support in our client area.
